How do I obtain and manage my PO Box™?
You don’t need an account with us to make purchases, Old and new customers are welcome to purchase equipment’s with us. just select your order and send in your payment, we will process your order and deliver as soon as possible.
What options exist for late, lost, or no delivery?
For late or lost delivery, we will place your order in any of our storage facility close to our reach.
Change of address - the basics
Your should provide shipment address accurately, we will only ship to the address you provide, if you need to change your delivery address, please contact support immediately.
How fast will my payment be received by Hvac
The fastness of your payment depends on your bank, after placing order, we will try to get you our bank account information from your designated country, to allow you make “Cash Deposit”, “Atm Transfer” or “Mobile Transfer”.
How do I know my order was delivered?
if you are receiving to your personal address, you will sign the package delivery with our delivery agent. If you are sending to a different address, you will be notified by mail once delivery is done successfully.
How fast will my order be delivered?
Order delivery can be done as fast as 2 days and in some cases can take up to 4 to 5 days to deliver, meanwhile sometimes it depends on locations ,and also weather changes is another factor to consider.
